What’s the difference between the low cost and classic edition?
They only differ in size and price. All books are created using PhotoInPress BookDesigner software and printed on the same quality paper. Both are carefully bound and come with an elegant hardcover. The custom photo book jacket is available for classic suede like finish only.
What type of payment is accepted?
You can complete your payment online, using your Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) or a Paypal account. If you don't have a Credit Card, please contact us at support@photoinpress.ca once your order is uploaded. We will send you informations so you can mail us a cheque. Orders are processed on payment.
What printing quality can I expect for my books?
The same quality you would find in a photo book bought at your favorite bookstore! PhotoInPress uses an HP Indigo digital press, the finest technology available, in order to assure you the best results possible. However, it is important to note that while of high quality, the process still does not equal printing on photo paper.
How quickly will I receive my photo book?
Each order is shipped within 2 business days after its placement. For more details, see the Delivery rates section of this Web site or use our Delivery Time Estimation Tool.
Can I print my book myself using my personal printer?
Yes. Simply choose the “Print at home” option in the File menu of the application, and select the pages you wish to print. The ideal method when you only want to print a few pages.
Does the application support accented characters?
Yes. Accented characters are supported by our software and the whole production line.
Can I use any type of pictures?
Our application is compatible with pictures taken with a digital camera and pictures digitized in the jpeg format.
What is your reimbursement policy?
Our books are 100% guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for typos and misspellings! |
